A small website update is a routine text, image, price, link, or business-information change requiring approximately 20 minutes or less. Monthly plans do not include complete redesigns, new pages, advanced functionality, or unused updates carried into future months.
Domains, hosting or platform subscriptions, business email, premium software, and other third-party fees are purchased separately by the client.

How long will my website take?+
Standard turnaround is approximately 7–14 business days after all required business information, photographs and content have been received. Larger projects and delayed client responses may extend the timeline.
How do payments work?+
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve the project and begin work. The remaining balance is due before the website is published or transferred.
Is my domain included?+
No. Domain registration, business email, third-party software, payment-processing fees and platform subscriptions are purchased separately by the client. Assistance connecting an existing custom domain is included with qualifying packages.
Can I manage my own website?+
Yes, when the selected website platform supports client management. Clients who want to manage their own website must maintain any account or subscription required by that platform. Available ownership or collaboration options will be discussed before the project begins.
What if I want you to manage it?+
Optional monthly website-care plans are available for clients who prefer ongoing support and updates.
Will you write my website copy?+
The Business and Signature packages include professionally refined website copy based on information supplied by the client. The client is responsible for confirming that all business details and claims are accurate.
How many revisions are included?+
The Starter package includes one revision round, the Business package includes two and the Signature package includes three. Additional revision rounds are available for $75 each.
Do you create online stores or membership platforms?+
E-commerce, memberships, advanced databases, customer portals and other complex functionality require a custom consultation and separate pricing.
Do you only work with Sacramento businesses?+
No. Local service is available throughout Sacramento County and Elk Grove, and virtual website services are available to businesses throughout the United States.
